Registration Procedure
- Admission Form to be procured from the reception for the desired class.
- The form should be duly completed after furnishing all the necessary details.
- Incomplete form will not be accepted.
- Admission in classes Pre-primary to Class II is given after an interaction with the parents and the child.
- Admission in classes III to IX is given after the child clears the Entrance Test conducted by the school.
- Children will be assessed in the following subjects in the Entrance Test: English, Science, Mathematics and Hindi. The syllabus for the test will be based on the curriculum of the previous class offered by all the available Educational Boards.
- Admission will be granted strictly on the basis of the child’s performance in the Entrance Test followed by an interview. However, admissions to any particular class will depend on the availability of seats in that particular class.
- Some seats are reserved for the Staff children, Alumni children, Transfer cases, Scholarship holders, Defence Personnel, Health Care Workers and Sibling cases.
Admission to Class XI
- Admission in class XI will strictly depend upon Class X Board Result of the child. The child will be allowed to choose subjects as per his/ her performance in class X.
- Admission will be granted after a counselling session of the child and parents by the School Counsellor. However the decision of the school authority shall be the last and final.
Admission Rules and Regulations
- After qualifying the different levels of the entrance test, the child will be granted Provisional Admission for a week’s period to complete all the formalities and submit all the required documents.
Documentation
- Admission Form duly filled enclosing all the documents.
- Academic Report Card of the previous class.
- Recent Passport size coloured photographs (3 copies).
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) duly countersigned.
- Migration Certificate if change in city, Board or State.
Age Criteria For Admission in PRE-PRIMARY Classes
Nursery: 3 Years and above
KG I: 4 Years and above
KG II: 5 Years and above
